Our secluded lodge sits alone in a mountain meadow, twenty minutes from Bear Lake. There are no strangers on the property and no other events that weekend. Just your people, towering pines, and a night sky you cannot get in town.

Say your vows in the trees at the edge of the meadow, or on the lawn with the canyon walls rising behind you. The whole lodge and grounds are yours for the weekend. It is a facility rental, so you bring in the chairs, tables, and decor that fit your day.

The meadow does the decorating. Late light comes down the canyon, the aspens catch it, and your photographer will not know where to point the camera first.

A lodge rental is required with all wedding reservations, and that is the whole idea. All twelve rooms and twenty-nine beds, the great room, the lawn, the firepit and every common space, exclusively yours. Your guests fall asleep a staircase away from the last dance, and if the list outgrows the lodge, Eagle’s Roost Cabin sleeps thirty-five more just up the road.
The kitchen and dining rooms are fully equipped and included. Bring in the caterer you love, or cook for your people the way you always imagined. One night minimum, and two is better, so setup, the day itself and the goodbye brunch never feel rushed.
