Is Beaver Creek Lodge open year round?
Yes, special rates for spring and fall can usually be found on our Hot Deals page.

What is the maximum number of people that can stay at the lodge?
Beaver Creek Lodge has eleven rooms and eighteen beds. The lodge can accommodate up to 36 people in beds so the lodge rental rate is based on up to 36 person occupancy. The maximum group size allowed is 44 people with an additional occupant charge for each occupant exceeding 36.

Can groups that exceed lodge occupancy still schedule a reunion and use campers and/or tents for additional occupants?
No, tents and campers are not allowed. The lodge occupancy is based on the number of people using the lodge not just the number of people sleeping in it.

What times are check-in and check-out?
Check in is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm, later times can be arranged if necessary. Check-out is 11:00 am.

Can check-in or check-out times be extended?
As a rule, check-in and check-out times are firm. We will consider requests on a case by case basis.

What is included in the kitchens?
Our kitchens are stocked with basic cooking and food service supplies including pots, pans, cutting boards, cooking and serving utensils, plates, glasses, eating utensils, etc. Paper products such as paper plates, cups, plastic utensils, etc. are not included. Both kitchens have a standard size refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher and sink.

Can smaller groups that rent on a room by room basis arrange to use the kitchen facilities?
The kitchen facilities are only available to parties renting the entire lodge. Groups not renting the entire lodge have the option of eating meals provided by our staff or visiting restaurants in Logan or Bear Lake.

Can the lodge be scheduled for weddings?
Beaver Creek Lodge can be rented for smaller weddings. A two night lodge rental is required as well as a $250 wedding fee. Guests are welcome to use the tables, chairs and equipment available at the lodge. Additional décor, equipment and catering arrangements are the responsibility of the wedding party.

Do lodge guests receive special discounts on horseback riding?
Yes, reunion guests receive a discount for staying at the lodge. Additional group discounts are available depending on the number of people that go on the ride.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the facility or on the premises.
